Thoughts flow freely, the mind is awake
But to keep it from sleeping, what is the way
I must keep thinking, inquiring, debating
For that is the way, to keep cobwebs at bay
I must think deep, go within layers of the skin
Make a note for posterity, to know the way back
Must leave back my footprints, my memory and acts
It must pave the way for self, the world and for life
